I was thinking it would be sweet to make Wednesdays our ‘quote of the week’ day. So let’s begin with something fun.

My friends know when it comes to wine I call myself a slut. Yes. A wine slut. Also, I’m quick to inform my hostess that I swing both ways when it comes to vino. I’ll take red or white. Seriously, I enjoy both colors almost equally. But red is fantastic with spaghetti, winter and darkness. White is fantastic with everything, even a simple meal of cheese, crackers and green apple. White is summer friendly. Fruzante, anyone? Any way you slice it, Benjamin had it right! Be careful of the wine hangover though. Drink lots of water if you’ve enjoyed one too many glasses…trust me.
